Wrentit

Chamaea fasciata is a small bird resident to a strip of coastline from Oregon extending south to Baja. The plumage is dull olive-to-brown, with short wings and a high, long tail. This non-migratory bird nests in high shrubbery such as coyote bush, poison oak, and blackberry.
