Lemonade Berry

Rhus intergrifolia is a small tree found between Santa Barbara County and Baja California. It can reach heights between 3.5 and 26 feet, with waxy, evergreen leaves and fragrant flowers. The common name comes from the fruit, which is reddish and hairy, occurring in tight clusters at the end of stems. The plant prefers dry slopes and coastal areas, thriving on well-drained soil and medium-to-full sunlight.
