Belding's Savannah Sparrow

(Passerculus sandwichensis beldingi)

This songbird is distributed throughout North America. They can be distinguished as a subspecies of all small, light-brown sparrows by its small head, short tail, and a distinctive yellow 'eyebrow'. They can be found in grassland and farm field habitat.
